YOUR GUIDE TO THE 56th ANNUAL AWGIE AWARDS

The Australian Writers’ Guild is excited to welcome our nominees, members and guests to celebrate the 56th Annual AWGIE Awards this Thursday 15 February 2024. 

KEY INFORMATION
Where: Parade Theatre, NIDA, 215 Anzac Parade, Kensington, Sydney
When: Thursday 15 February 2024
Doors open: 6pm AEDT for drinks in the foyer
AWGIE Awards Ceremony starts: 7pm AEDT

The AWGIE Awards will run for approximately 1.5 hours. Following the Awards, guests are invited to join us in the foyer for drinks, music and more food! 

GETTING TO THE AWGIE Awards
The light rail stop for UNSW Anzac Parade is right outside the venue. Visit Transport for NSW to plan your journey.

Limited Street Parking is available. If you prefer, you can book a spot in the UNSW car park, however you will need to purchase it on the day of and using your number plate so that you don’t get booked. Here is the link to the permit booking system: vPermit

COVID-19 GUIDELINES
The health and wellbeing of our AWG members, guests and staff is the Australian Writers’ Guild’s highest priority. 

If you’re COVID-19 positive, feeling unwell with COVID-19 symptoms, awaiting COVID-19 test results, or have been otherwise advised to self-isolate by NSW Health, please don’t attend.
