The Australian Writers’ Guild is committed to achieving better conditions for professional film, television, theatre, radio and new media writers. In order to do this, it is vital that we keep up to date with what is happening in the Australian industry. By submitting your contract to the Guild, you can help us identify areas where writers need protection or where their rights need to be strengthened.
Your submission can also assist AWGACS in identifying and collecting any secondary royalties you might be entitled to under your writing contract. If you are not already an AWGACS member, please visit the registration page here.
Any documentation sent to us will remain strictly confidential and used only for the purposes of research and the development of recommended agreements. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email our industrial team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Australian Writers’ Guild acknowledges and pays respect to the past, present and future traditional custodians and Elders of this nation and the continuation of cultural, spiritual and educational practices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
