Overview
Up next on Lunch Break: screenwriter and producer Greg Haddrick will draw upon his decades of experience to chat with our members about sourcing, managing, adapting and producing Intellectual Property (IP). He will also provide invaluable insight into the world of producers, broadcasters, networks and streaming services.
IP refers to pre-existing content, such as books, previous films, songs, poetry and life stories, that are used as the foundation for new screenplays. The continuing appeal to broadcasters, producers and streamers of using pre-existing content is that it comes with built-in audiences and recognisable characters which in turn, reduces financial risk.
